Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. seeks a Technology Governance Consultant to support a new function focused on governance, visibility, and risk across a large technology change portfolio.

The role builds an integrated change radar and informs leadership while operating within a hybrid Charlotte, NC environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience in governance, portfolio management, risk analysis, and executive communications, with hands-on AI tooling like Copilot to accelerate analysis

Qualifications

• Experience building and operationalizing governance frameworks within large organizations.
• Strong governance, portfolio management, strategy execution experience.
• Ability to establish repeatable processes in evolving environments.
• Working knowledge of technology change management frameworks and governance.
• Strong risk management with data-driven insights.
• Excellent executive communication and reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and prompting (Copilot).
• Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and deliver with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Help build and operationalize governance, operating models, and execution frameworks.
• Develop and maintain an integrated change radar across technology initiatives.
• Consolidate schedules to create a unified view of technology change.
• Apply risk and governance lens to identify conflicts and dependencies.
• Evaluate how simultaneous tech activities may interact, e.g., deployments vs. resiliency tests.
• Establish repeatable processes and routines to mature into ongoing operations.
• Leverage technology change management frameworks to inform governance decisions.
• Analyze portfolio data to develop actionable insights for leadership.
• Create executive-level reporting and decision-support materials.
