Hub International is seeking an Operational Compliance Manager to develop and oversee compliance operations, technology policy governance, and risk tracking within HUB's Technology Governance function. You will ensure controls are evidenced, tested, and audit-ready, coordinating across IT, security, risk and legal teams.

The role partners with stakeholders to maintain control maturity, implement governance processes, and optimize workflows using Optro or similar GRC platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT governance, GRC, ITGC compliance, technology risk, or technology audit.
• Financial services or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of ITGCs, SOX, policy governance, risk tracking, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Optro or equivalent GRC platform and governance ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Operate the compliance lifecycle: establish control self-assessments, evidence collection, audit readiness, remediation tracking.
• Develop and administer technology governance workflows within a GRC platform.
• Coordinate regulatory changes, mapping, and implementation tracking.
• Drive reporting with dashboards and metrics for governance partners.
• Oversee technology policy governance and risk tracking with leadership.
