Job summary

HealthEdge Software, Inc. is seeking to fill the role of an operational integrator for the Compliance and Privacy Department. The position coordinates governance, strategic initiatives, and enterprise risk management to ensure accountability across the department.

Responsibilities include managing governance forums, supporting strategic priorities, and promoting standardized processes while partnering with business, legal, and operations teams to embed compliance into workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 5+ years in compliance, governance, risk management, or related functions.
• Experience supporting governance routines, issue tracking, reporting, or audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage governance forums, agendas, decision logs, and action tracking.
• Support strategic departmental priorities from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate KPIs and executive dashboarding; monitor performance against objectives.
• Partner with business, compliance, legal and operations to embed compliance into processes.
• Promote standardized workflows, templates, and procedures across the organization.
