HUB International is seeking a Technology Governance Associate to support IT governance, risk, and compliance activities across HUB Technology & Operations. You will help develop control blueprints, document processes, and assist with evidence management and continuous monitoring.

The role requires collaboration with diverse teams, strong execution, and familiarity with cybersecurity, privacy, and third‑party risk considerations.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of SOX 404, PCAOB AS 2201, ITGC control domains, NYDFS 23 NYCRR 500, SOC 2, COSO 2013, ISO 31000, COBIT, and the Three Lines Model.
• Ability to interpret control requirements, assess practices, identify gaps, and support implementation.
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance platforms and automation capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain technology governance artifacts, control blueprints, and SOPs.
• Document current-state processes, control activities, and ownership responsibilities.
• Support ongoing control monitoring, evidence readiness, and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive control implementation and remediation.
