Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage desktop, server, networking, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure with a focus on security and reliability. You will support Microsoft 365 services, implement best practices, and collaborate across client environments.

In this role, you will mentor Systems Technicians, contribute to documentation, and participate in on-call rotations as needed to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience supporting infrastructure, end-user technologies, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and contributing to documentation and best practices.
• Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support desktop, server, networking, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure environments.
• Provide advanced end-user, server, networking, and cloud support with security best practices.
• Serve as the primary escalation resource for the Systems Technician team and mentor staff.
• Develop and contribute to SOPs and knowledge base articles to improve efficiency.
