Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage desktop, server, networking, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure across client environments. The role emphasizes security, proactive support, and knowledge sharing.

The candidate will act as a senior escalation point, mentor technicians, and help maintain documentation and SOPs while delivering exceptional customer service during on-site or remote engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 3–5 years of infrastructure and end-user tech support experience.
• Experience in MSP or multi-client IT environments preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor others and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced end-user, server, networking, virtualization, M365, and cloud support.
• Manage client infrastructure including servers, workstations, firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
• Support Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID; implement security best practices.
• Troubleshoot networking, DNS/DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and wireless issues.
• Mentor Systems Technicians and contribute to knowledge base documentation.
• Create and follow SOPs; participate in on-call rotations as needed.
