Job summary

Hims, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Technology to own FP&A for the Technology organization.

You will forecast, analyze, and model headcount, SBC, cloud costs, and other Opex, partnering with Technology and Finance leadership to drive financial trade-offs. The role requires 4+ years in FP&A or related analytics, strong modeling skills in Excel/Sheets, and excellent communication to translate financial concepts for technical teams.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years FP&A, finance business partnership, or related analytic field.
• 4+ years building and manipulating financial models and large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly Technology forecast, including headcount cost, SBC, and other opex.
• Lead budget-versus-actual analysis, surface drivers, and flag risks/opportunities to leadership.
• Prepare monthly budget deck and narrative for executives.
• Manage headcount pacing and trade-offs with hiring managers.
• Own other opex pacing across Technology, aligning spend to plan.
• Build and maintain models for cloud/infrastructure spend and forecast usage-driven costs.
• Drive resource tagging and initiative-level tracking for spend transparency.
• Partner with Technology and Finance leadership on budget trade-offs and financial implications.
