Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Technology to own FP&A for the Technology organization. You will manage the monthly forecast, including headcount costs, equity-based compensation, and other operating expenses, partnering with Technology and Finance leaders to turn operational decisions into financial trade-offs.

The role requires a BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, 4+ years in FP&A, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years in FP&A, finance business partnership, strategic finance, or related analytic field.
• Strong modeling skills with large data sets in Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly forecast for the Technology organization including headcount, SBC, and Opex.
• Lead budget-versus-actual analysis monthly, surface drivers and risks/opportunities.
• Prepare monthly budget decks and narratives for leadership.
• Manage headcount pacing with hiring managers and backfills.
• Maintain models for cloud/infrastructure spend and forecast usage-based costs.
• Collaborate with Technology and Finance leadership on trade-offs and cost optimization.
