Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• MD or DO from an accredited program.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency.
• Ability to obtain Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Prior EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Willingness to use AI-integrated documentation and predictive tools.
• Experience in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention.
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries with advanced technology and robotics as needed.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and AI tools for precise clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII setting.
• Develop and grow a subspecialty-focused practice (oncology, robotics, stones).
• Engage in quality improvement to improve patient outcomes and efficiency.
• Maintain communication with referring physicians for coordinated care.
