Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Global Corporate Controller to lead the global accounting and financial reporting operations for a complex, multinational, private-equity–backed technology services company. You’ll modernize accounting, strengthen technical rigor, and build a high-performing global team aligned with strategic priorities.

You will partner with the CFO and executives, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and manage auditors while leveraging AI and automation to enhance governance and scalability.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA certification required.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience leading global, multi-entity accounting operations.
• Ability to leverage technology, ERP systems, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting organization including close, consolidation, intercompany, revenue and payroll accounting.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close across global entities.
• Design and enforce global accounting standards and procedures.
• Oversee external audits and maintain internal control framework.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and data analytics initiatives.
