EDF power solutions North America is hiring for onsite Renewable Energy Technicians in Snyder, TX. The role covers maintenance and operation of wind, PV, and battery systems, with training in Albert Lea, MN, provided. Positions span Tech 1–5 levels with increasing autonomy.

The job requires a high school diploma and basic electrical knowledge; travel and safety certifications are part of onboarding. Onsite work with potential on-call duties and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience 0–1 year in renewable energy or equivalent, 1–2 years in renewables, 2+ years preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of schematics, meters, electrical and mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols, including LOTO and site safety assessments.
• Maintain company property and equipment; complete logs and work orders.
• Attend required safety and technical trainings; support on-site operations.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for system monitoring (Tech 2–5).
• Assist with maintenance, repairs, and upgrades across wind, PV, and BESS assets.
