Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is hiring Renewable Energy Technicians for several levels (Tech 1–Tech 3) to perform maintenance on wind, PV, and BESS assets. Training is provided, with a 3–4 week program in Albert Lea, MN, and onsite work in Snyder, Texas.

Roles progress from entry to senior levels with increasing autonomy, safety responsibilities, and leadership duties. Travel and lodging are provided for training. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy or equivalent (0–1 year for Tech 1; 1–2 years for Tech 2; 2+ years for Tech 3).
• High school diploma or equivalent required for all levels.
• Basic computer skills; ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with maintenance and repairs; follow safety protocols.
• Participate in safety and technical trainings; maintain logs and work orders.
• Work under supervision or independently depending on technician level; 24/7 on-call rotation for higher levels.
