Qualificações

• Associate degree in IT or related field with relevant experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel between facilities required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level technical support to employees in person, by phone, email, or via ticketing system.
• Install, configure, update, maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems used throughout the organization.
• Coordinate with vendors to schedule installations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Maintain awareness of HIPAA and cybersecurity requirements applicable to operations.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate routine building maintenance requests and related IT tasks.
• Work with contractors and service providers to obtain quotes and schedule work.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
