Qualifications

• Masters degree and 1 year of scientific research experience in cell biology, molecular biology, immunology, or a related field
• OR
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of scientific research experience in cell biology, molecular biology, immunology, or a related field
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in mammalian cell biology and molecular/cellular assay development, with evidence of strong experimental judgment and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to analyze and communicate complex data clearly; experience with scientific data-analysis or visualization tools is expected, and familiarity with AI-enabled or computational workflows is preferred
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and scientific documentation skills, with the ability to work with moderate discretion and limited supervision while contributing effectively to multidisciplinary project teams

Responsibilities

• Design and execute cellular and molecular experiments to generate mechanistic insights.
• Analyze and integrate experimental data and translate findings into biological insights.
• Use AI-enabled computational tools to enhance knowledge, hypothesis generation, experimental design, data analysis, and scientific communication.
