What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish customer engagement and brand loyalty through in-person activities at assigned key account locations
- Conduct presentations and provide customer service to prospective customers at assigned locations
- Manage merchandising and the professional appearance of Matco Tools kiosks
- Oversee localized sales promotions and motorsports events to drive exposure and achieve sales goals
- Produce quotes, close sales, and manage customer credit card transactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred in Business or Sales
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a sales environment with a focus on closing deals
- Ability to give presentations in both small and large group settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand and walk for several hours a day

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry or tools
- High energy and ability to engage and build rapport with prospective customers
