The Little Gym is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Membership Sales Specialist to join our team in a remote position. As we expand from one successful location to multiple locations across the region, we need a dedicated sales professional to connect with families and help them discover the amazing benefits of The Little Gym experience.

About Us

The Little Gym is the world's premier experiential learning and physical development center for kids ages 4 months through 12 years. Our programs help children build the emotional, intellectual, and social skills needed in today's world through gymnastics, movement, and play. We're in an exciting growth phase with one thriving location and two more in pre-sales development.

The Role

As our Membership Sales Specialist, you'll be the voice of The Little Gym to prospective and current families, building relationships that convert leads into loyal members. Working remotely with flexibility, you'll collaborate closely with our in-gym teams while enjoying the independence of managing your own schedule and workflow.

Primary Responsibilities

Contact leads through phone calls and text messages to schedule intro classes

Follow up with families after intro visits to convert them to memberships

Conduct pre-intro visit confirmation calls to ensure high attendance rates

Drive pre-sales for our new locations, building membership bases before opening

Upsell and cross-sell additional services (birthday parties, camps, Parent Survival Nights)

Work with our in-gym teams to understand family needs and preferences

Track communications and maintain detailed notes in our CRM system

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for conversions and enrollments

Provide regular reporting on sales activities and outcomes

What Makes You Perfect for This Role

Sales experience with demonstrated success in converting leads (membership sales ideal)

Excellent phone presence with clear communication skills

Genuine enthusiasm for child development and family programming

Ability to connect with parents and address their questions and concerns

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivation and ability to work independently

Comfort with technology and CRM systems

Availability during East Coast business hours

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have

Personal experience with The Little Gym as a parent or staff member

Background in children's activities, education, or family services

Understanding of membership-based business models

Experience in remote work environments

Familiarity with gymnastics, child development, or early childhood programs

On-target earnings of $45,000-$50,000 annually (full-time)

Flexible schedule with remote work arrangement

Opportunity to grow with our expanding business

Option for part-time or full-time schedule based on candidate preference

Potential for advancement as our locations expand

20-40 hours per week (flexible based on candidate preference)

Must be available during peak parent communication times (weekday evenings and weekend mornings)

Must have reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for professional calls

Regular virtual meetings with management and in-gym teams
