Job summary

Compudopt is seeking a Program Trainer for the Chicago area. The role is part-time, delivering about 10-15 hours of instruction weekly at various sites in and around Downers Grove, IL. Travel between sites may be required and mileage will be reimbursed.

The trainer will run classes, follow the curriculum, engage learners, and help improve programs through feedback. Required: high school diploma or GED, 18+, reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or in progress.
• CPR, First Aid, AED certifications preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish (preferred for delivering content in Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Lead training classes for youth and/or parents using the curriculum.
• Deliver programs aligned with the established curriculum.
• Engage students to ensure learning and retention.
• Maintain classroom culture and manage behavior.
• Provide curriculum feedback for program improvement.
• Collect attendance and metrics for program quality.
• Ensure a safe training environment and comply with regulations.
• Support team goals and perform related duties.
