Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering technical training, preferably software training.
• Experience with physical access control systems and video management systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to Genetec customers and internal staff.
• Update training material and create training manuals and presentations.
• Facilitate both in-person and online instructor-led courses.
