Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Group Manager, TA for Tech Ecosystem to lead a high-performing recruiting team that attracts engineers, data scientists, and tech leaders, shaping a 1+ year talent strategy with engineering and HRBP leadership.

You will partner with senior leaders to compete for top technical talent in Mountain View and other markets, using data-driven insights and innovative recruiting tools to drive hiring velocity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with a significant focus on technical hiring, including at least 5 years leading recruiting teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute talent strategies for complex, fast-moving technical organizations — ideally with exposure to AI/ML or platform engineering talent markets.
• Deep domain expertise in technical recruiting — strong sourcing instincts, fluency in engineering job families and leveling, and experience partnering with senior engineering leaders.
• Proven track record of using data and recruiting analytics to drive decisions, improve funnel performance, and influence stakeholder conversations.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging recruiting technologies to increase team productivity, improve sourcing outcomes, and stay ahead of market shifts — and the curiosity to keep exploring whats next.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills — able to craft compelling, data-backed narratives for senior audiences and drive alignment across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a recruiters team focused on tech ecosystem hiring and coaching.
• Own a 1+ year strategic talent plan for 2-4 orgs within tech ecosystem hiring.
• Build and scale AI/ML engineering talent hiring with tailored strategies.
• Use data and talent intelligence to drive decisions and track funnel health.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Intelligence, Marketing, and TA Programs to ensure a high-quality hiring experience.
• Drive process improvements and automated solutions to increase efficiency and quality.
• Advise senior tech leaders with external market insights and talent recommendations.
• Champion inclusion and innovation within the team.
