Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking an Expert Senior Associate Consultant in the Technology Insights Group to lead technology due diligence and value creation engagements for PE investors. You will collaborate with global tech leadership and regional PE teams to assess software leaders and shape investment outcomes.

You will engage in research, data analysis, and hypothesis-driven problem solving, while developing technical and commercial acumen for career growth. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Passion for software and tech industries.
• 2+ years in software/tech positions; due diligence preferred.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology due diligence and value creation workstreams for PE investors.
• Contribute across the full client engagement from scope to final report.
• Drive primary/secondary research and data analysis from multiple sources.
• Hypothesis-led problem solving; communicate recommendations clearly.
• Support initiatives that scale the practice and improve systems.
