Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking an Expert Senior Associate Consultant for the Technology Insights Group in the United States. You will lead technology due diligence and value creation workstreams, collaborating with global tech leadership and PE teams.

You will assess leading software companies for PE investors, develop insights, and articulate strategic recommendations to executives. Travel and in-person collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Passion for software and the tech industry.
• 2+ years in software or tech roles; due diligence experience preferred.
• Ability to rapidly absorb and interpret technical information.
• Inquisitive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology due diligence and value creation workstreams for PE investors targeting software businesses.
• Contribute to the full client engagement from scope to final report.
• Drive primary and secondary research across diverse sources.
