Job summary

Ships-A-Lot in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. The role leads by example to ensure safety, efficiency, and customer-focused service.

The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, 3–5 years in warehouse leadership, and familiarity with WMS, RF scanning, and automation. You will supervise staff, train on new technologies, and coordinate with related teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• 3-5 years of warehouse experience with supervisory background.
• Experience with automated equipment and AMRs/ASRS preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
• Schedule and assign daily work to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Lead safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Train employees on new technology and systems.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Transportation teams.
