Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Customer Interaction Patrol in Whitsett, NC. You will protect clients and assets while delivering exceptional customer service in a tech-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, perimeters, parking areas and access points; report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors, and maintaining visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports and shift logs with a professional presence in a fast-paced tech environment.
