Verizon in Illinois is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow your career with a team focused on technology sales and exceptional customer service in one of our retail locations. You’ll learn to assess customer needs, present product insights, and close sales with clear communication.

This role offers a base hourly pay between $16 and $21, with potential annual commissions up to $18,000 and top performers reaching $65,000–$75,500.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsabilidades

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by connecting with them and asking questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with clear communication to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Reach out to Verizon customers with outbound calls or texts to grow your base.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events to expand loyalty.
