Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Illinois to grow your career in a team focused on customer experience and cutting-edge tech. You will help customers connect with what matters and expand the Verizon network.

You will learn customer needs, present solutions, close sales, and may engage in outbound outreach. Base pay starts at $18.27 per hour in Illinois with strong commission potential and a robust benefits package.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in sales or similar roles.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Open to picking up extra shifts, with seasonal peak demand.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.

Responsabilidades

• Generate retail sales through passion for tech and customer service.
• Learn customer needs by connecting and asking questions.
• Present product insights and recommended solutions.
• Close sales using effective communication to meet needs.
• Participate in training and merchandising/inventory tasks.
• Grow customer base with outreach to Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events.
