Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in sales or similar roles.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Open to picking up extra shifts, with seasonal peak demand.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales through passion for tech and customer service.
• Learn customer needs by connecting and asking questions.
• Present product insights and recommended solutions.
• Close sales using effective communication to meet needs.
• Participate in training and merchandising/inventory tasks.
• Grow customer base with outreach to Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events.
