Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Illinois. You’ll grow your career by selling cutting-edge technology and delivering exceptional customer service in-store. Build connections, uncover needs, and provide top-down solutions to close sales.

Continuous training, opportunities to reach more customers, and community engagement are part of the role. Base pay ranges from $16 to $21 per hour, with potential annual commissions up to $18,000 and top performer bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to picking up additional shifts to increase income.

Responsabilités

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by building connections and asking questions.
• Recommend product insights and provide complete top-down sales solutions.
