Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Possibility to grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon events to expand loyalty.
