Best Buy in Cerritos, CA is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers pick the right tech products and services. You’ll be trained to confidently recommend solutions that meet individual needs and learn about our extensive product range.

You’ll greet customers, demonstrate products, handle purchases, returns and exchanges, and keep the sales floor stocked. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
