Best Buy in California is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose the right tech products and services. We’ll train you with the skills you need to confidently tailor recommendations to each shopper.

You’ll greet customers, perform product demos, handle cashier tasks, and support in-store and curbside pickup. A friendly attitude, teamwork and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
