Job summary

EquipmentShare is hiring a Rental Coordinator at our Logan, UT facility to drive the rental process and deliver enhanced service through our T3 platform. You will respond to inquiries, build relationships with contractors, and ensure customers receive the right equipment on time. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process.
• Expand our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships and inform about new or additional services.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
