EquipmentShare in Richmond, VA is seeking a Rental Coordinator to manage end-to-end rental processes and build strong customer relationships. The role supports inbound leads, motivates growth in the customer base, and ensures service excellence with timely responses to inquiries.

You should be skilled at listening, solving customer problems, and adapting to a fast-paced environment while leveraging EquipmentShare’s T3 platform to deliver the right equipment at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
• Expand our customer base by building relationships with contractors and principals; demonstrate cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and support, and communicate new value opportunities.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
• Develop new sales strategies to grow market share and improve customer experience.
