Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process
• Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and principals, and educate them on cost-saving, efficiency improvements
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and updates on new offerings
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints promptly
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
