Job summary

EquipmentShare in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our growing team and manage the rental process using our proprietary T3 technology. You will ensure accurate equipment assignment and timely delivery to customers.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours. We value energetic, customer-focused team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow with us.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and problem-solving to resolve customer issues.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the rental process.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
• Expand our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships and update customers on new services.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
