Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum experience in project management or estimating in commercial construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate with field teams.
• Proficiency with technology-based project tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Update project schedules using technology and provide daily logs.
• Review scope of work and estimates to generate a project schedule.
• Notify trade partners of schedule forecasts and update progress.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy before payment.
• Prepare Change Orders for variances from the contract.
• Supervise field crews and provide guidance as needed.
• Hold regular progress meetings with clients and the operations manager.
• Maintain a safe site, comply with OSHA requirements.
• Plan construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Procure equipment and materials.
• Track project performance and identify deficiencies.
• Prepare material lists and schedule inspections.
• Visit job sites and manage foremen/crews.
