Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our West/Central U.S. family of brands, delivering personalized rehab plans and compassionate care.

You will assess, design, and implement evidence-based treatments to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life for diverse patients. Our team emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation— including Ambient Listening Technology to streamline documentation and a strong mentorship program

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulations compliance.
• Strong clinical skills in ortho, neuro, or geriatric PT preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Administer exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, home programs, and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff for holistic care.
• Maintain timely evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on PT advancements and integrate into practice.
• Manage plan of care follow-ups and coordinate with nonclinical staff.
• Utilize PTA support where applicable and contribute to a collaborative culture.
