Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation across clinics in the West and Central U.S. You will assess patients, develop tailored treatment plans, and guide exercises to restore mobility and reduce pain, working with our care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state-required credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine functional abilities, goals, and need for therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises and modalities.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures, home programs, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate care.
