Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead field operations on new projects, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with the project Superintendent and trades, leveraging iPads and tech for on-time delivery and compliance with standards.

The role requires at least five years of scope management experience, knowledge of IECC/ICC/ASHRAE, and strong English communication. Training at our facilities in Florida may be included.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Progressive Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leadership experience with tech
• At least five years’ experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects
• Active journeyman or master license preferred
• Proficient knowledge of IECC, ICC, ASHRAE standards; local codes; and construction safety
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
• Must have basic computer and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project Superintendent and other trades; manage materials and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on site.
• Leverage company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely delivery and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on the designated scope
