Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead field teams on our growing mechanical projects. You will collaborate with the Superintendent, manage material and manpower, and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on multimillion-dollar scopes.

The role leverages technology such as company-provided iPads and smartphones, with training opportunities at our St. Petersburg facility. A clear career path and strong leadership are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience supervising mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing projects.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar scopes.
• Active journeyman or master license preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of IECC, ICC, ASHRAE; local codes; and safety standards.
• Strong written and spoken English; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with material and manpower management.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, quality work.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate field staff on the designated scope.
