Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead and coordinate mechanical scopes across projects, leveraging technology to drive quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will work with the project superintendent and trades, ensuring efficient material and manpower management and mentoring crew members.

The role requires five+ years of field leadership experience, a journeyman/master license is preferred, and strong knowledge of IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE codes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing a mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing scope.
• Active journeyman or master license preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of IECC, ICC, ASHRAE standards; local codes and safety requirements.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and trades, manage materials and manpower.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards on all projects.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, on-budget execution and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate personnel on designated scope.
