Qualifications

• Five+ years as a field supervisor in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing environments.
• Ability to manage scope, materials, and manpower on multimillion-dollar projects.
• Journeyman or Master license preferred; strong knowledge of safety and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned scope with project Superintendent and trades.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided technology to keep projects on schedule.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate field personnel on designated scope.
