Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead new projects and ensure high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role involves field supervision and mentoring crews while leveraging technology such as iPads and smartphones to stay on schedule.

The position requires experience in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing leadership and the ability to navigate codes and safety requirements. Travel to training facilities (Florida) may be involved as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Progressive Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.
• Must be proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing.
• Demonstrate upstanding integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.
• Active journeyman or master license preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project Superintendent and other trades; oversee the assigned scope including materials and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on all projects.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure on-time delivery and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on the designated scope.
