Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead mechanical projects and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You’ll travel to our 16,000-square-foot training facility at HQ in St.

Petersburg, FL for customized training and use company iPads and smartphones to stay connected on site. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience supervising multimillion-dollar scopes, an active journeyman/master license preferred, and strong knowledge of IECC/ASHRAE standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active journeyman or master license preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
• Demonstrate and uphold Power Design's core values: integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, growth.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project Superintendent and other trades, oversee the assigned scope, including management of material and manpower.
• Accountable for enforcing and promoting high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize technology such as company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely completion and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scope.
