Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Woodbury, MN is seeking a STUDIO Golf Instructor to deliver world-class golf lessons, organize clinics, and maintain a premium STUDIO area. You will use Trackman and SAM Putt Lab, hit KPIs, and build lasting client relationships while promoting products and services.

Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required. The role requires high energy, strong communication, and ability to adapt lessons to players of all levels.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of golf teaching experience preferred; Trackman/SAM Putt Lab experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, move around the store, and lift a 30 lb box.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong business acumen and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world-class service.
• Achieve KPIs including lessons taught, booking percentage, and clinic participation.
• Provide golf lessons using Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, USchedule, and Microsoft Office.
• Grow business by attracting new clients and keeping a full schedule.
• Organize and execute clinics and events; develop customized lesson plans.
• Monitor student progress and adapt training methods accordingly.
• Maintain the STUDIO area, equipment, and merchandise standards.
• Promote products and services to customers and maintain a premier customer experience.
• Provide feedback to the Manager on merchandising opportunities.
