Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of golf teaching experience preferred; Trackman/SAM Putt Lab experience valued.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lb., and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and provide world-class service.
• Achieve KPIs including lessons taught, booking percentage, and clinic participation.
• Provide golf lessons using Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and other tech.
• Grow business by attracting new clients and maintaining a full schedule.
• Organize and run clinics and events to promote learning.
• Develop customized lesson plans addressing each player's needs.
• Maintain knowledge of front-end operations (returns, loyalty, etc.).
• Keep STUDIO area clean and merchandised to premier standards.
