Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Studio Golf Instructor to deliver high-quality golf lessons, engage customers, and maintain a full teaching schedule. You will organize clinics, track student progress, and promote lessons and club fitting services.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, operating the STUDIO area, and using Trackman and Putt Lab to tailor instruction while hitting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and club building is highly preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb ladder, and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and provide world-class service.
• Achieve KPIs including lessons taught, booking percentage, and clinic participation.
• Provide golf lessons using Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office.
• Organize clinics and events to foster community engagement and skill development.
• Develop custom lesson plans addressing each player's needs and goals.
• Maintain STUDIO area merchandise standards and keep equipment operational.
• Stay up to date on merchandising promotions and marketing events.
