Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Woodbury, CT is seeking a STUDIO Golf Instructor to deliver world-class golf lessons using Trackman and SAM Putt Lab, organize clinics, and keep a fully booked schedule while building lasting customer relationships.

You will maintain equipment, promote products, track student progress, and provide customized lesson plans. A HS diploma and 2+ years teaching experience are preferred; office skills are a plus. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with Trackman and SAM Putt Lab preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with world-class service and build lasting relationships.
• Achieve KPIs including lessons taught, booking percentage, and clinic participation.
• Provide golf lessons using technology such as Trackman and SAM Putt Lab.
• Organize and execute clinics and events to foster community engagement.
• Develop customized lesson plans addressing each player's goals and monitor progress.
