PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an STUDIO Golf Instructor to provide world-class golf lessons, organize clinics, and maintain an engaging studio environment. You will use Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and office tools to track progress, develop customized plans, and promote services while meeting KPIs and enhancing customer relations.

The role emphasizes flexible schedule availability, strong customer engagement, and operational excellence in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of golf teaching experience preferred; knowledge of Trackman/SAM Putt Lab and club building is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and provide world-class service to build lasting relationships.
• Achieve KPIs including lessons taught, booking percentage, and clinic participation.
• Provide golf lessons using technology like Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and MS Office.
• Grow the business by attracting new clients and keeping a full schedule.
• Organize and run clinics/events to foster community engagement and skill development.
