Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Lady Lake, FL is seeking a Studio Golf Instructor to deliver world-class golf lessons and clinics while building lasting client relationships. Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and club building is highly preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer, delivering world-class service using PGATSS behaviors.
• Achieve KPIs: lessons taught, booking percentage, and clinic participation.
• Provide golf lessons using Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, USchedule, and MS Office.
• Organize and run clinics/events to foster community engagement and skill development.
• Maintain the Studio area, ensuring merchandise presentation and equipment functionality.
