You will undergo GOLFTEC University training, learn from top instructors, and use TECFIT Club Fitting and TECSWING/Optimotion technology to deliver data-driven lessons. This role emphasizes teamwork, coaching excellence, and growth within a renowned golf education company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting experience.
• Knowledge of golf swing mechanics preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation or PGM program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Use the best technology to help players improve.
• Recommend teaching content for custom lesson plans.
• Provide TECFIT Club Fitting and outdoor/short game lessons.
• Create a high-level experience for students inside and outside training bays.
• Operate and maintain training center technology and equipment.
• Participate in continuing education and uphold core values.
