You will begin with GOLFTEC University training, then apply leading-teaching tech to craft personalized lesson plans and deliver high‑quality coaching to students of all levels. Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel or crouch; lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University training program.
• Utilize technology to help clients improve golf performance.
• Create lesson plans and tailor content for students of varying skill levels.
• Provide TECFIT club fitting and on-course/short-game lessons.
• Maintain the Training Center environment and equipment.
• Open/close the Training Center daily.
• Engage in continuing education and training.
• Uphold GOLFTEC’s core values: Fun, Integrity, Improvement, Team.
